Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Jewelver (jewelver.com). By placing an order you agree to them. Jewelver is owned and operated by Mohammad Rohaan Siddiqui, Karachi, Pakistan.

1. Products

We try to show our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and because many pieces are handmade or hand-engraved, small variations in size, finish and engraving style are normal and are not defects.

2. Personalisation

You are responsible for the names, dates, text, sizes and photos you give us. Please check spelling carefully; we engrave exactly what you enter. We may refuse personalisation that is offensive, unlawful, or that uses someone else's trademark or copyrighted design.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you are charged is the one shown when you placed your order. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

4. Order confirmation

An order is accepted once we confirm it by message, call or email and start production. We may cancel orders we cannot confirm, orders with incomplete addresses, or orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Care of jewellery

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and chemicals, and store it in its box when not worn. Plated finishes wear naturally over time with use; this is not a defect.

7. Use of our website

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Jewelver or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

8. Privacy

We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to provide customer service, as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Pakistan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Karachi.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
