Where we deliver
Jewelver delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Processing time
Most of our jewellery is personalised and made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your piece to be engraved, checked and packed before it is dispatched. Non-personalised items are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your city. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are usually faster; remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by public holidays, weather or courier issues are outside our control, but we will keep you updated.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs 5,000.
- Orders below Rs 5,000 have a flat delivery charge of Rs 250, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be held.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel.
Gift packaging
Every order arrives in a Jewelver gift box, ready to give.
Failed or refused deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, nobody was available after repeated attempts, or delivery was refused, re-delivery charges may apply. Because personalised items are made specially for you, refused COD orders may affect your ability to order with cash on delivery in future.
